What changed

  • adds camera/gallery photo review to commentable mobile Search previews
  • supports ordered, captioned, edited, metadata-stripped photo-only or text-plus-photo replies
  • validates the exact Search issue/PR target before each idempotent upload
  • preserves confirmed uploads and draft state across retry; Send & next waits for comment confirmation

Verification

  • RED: 4 focused behavioral tests failed before implementation
  • focused: 103 passed
  • full suite: 1,816 passed, 1 skipped
  • Playwright rendered checks: 320px and 390px, no horizontal overflow; photo actions >=44px
