Closes #990

Adds a mobile end-of-session wrap-up after recap save. Operators can schedule selected unfinished Today items for tomorrow at 09:00 while deliberately leaving the rest in Today. Uses the existing durable Today/Later sync queues, prevents repeat-confirmation duplicates, packages the flow offline, and gates releases on rendered 320px/390px mobile checks.

Validation:

  • python3 -m pytest tests/ -q — 1866 passed, 5 skipped
  • packaged release checksum + verifier — passed
  • packaged Playwright wrap-up journey at 320x568 and 390x844 — 2 passed
