Build an AI-driven adaptive interface inside the Gitea web experience that reshapes the view/layout to match the user’s current task.

Why

Static dashboards force users to adapt to the tool. A live adaptive UI adapts the tool to the user, reducing context switches and cognitive load for agent engineers.

Scope

Task-aware layout changes in repo/issue/PR views
AI suggestion panel: next actions, reviewers, related issues
Dynamic sidebar/topbar based on workflow state
Inline micro-edits without leaving the current view

Acceptance Criteria

UI changes reflect current repo/issue/PR state
AI panel suggests concrete next actions
No page reload required for view changes
README + demo video/screenshots

Changing Gitea core backend behavior
Mobile-first redesign
Enterprise auth/sso themes
