No truthful final Cannon package can clear the collaboration gate yet. Today produced a substantive verified Timmy source cut, The Proof That Ate the Work (/root/daily-drop/drops/2026-08-21/the-proof-that-ate-the-work.mp4, SHA-256 e026b7874a93cf0605a320c7110a4a71443f035e583728fbbf17dc2f707af328), but this assigned Vincent candidate lane has no Vincent-authored material replacement or verification receipt. Assignment and escalation comments do not count.

Concrete weakness: the 15-second source cut teaches bounded evidence, but it does not carry Season Zero canon's required persistent power, scar, cost, and receipt into a 20–35 second Cannon episode.
