Return a compact NIGHTPROWL QUALITY RECEIPT containing:

  1. Scores from 0–5 for novelty, narrative coherence, workshop identity, phone legibility/evidence, provenance/attribution, and finish (30 points total), with one-sentence evidence for each.
  2. Confirmed defects only, with exact path and deterministic reproduction/check where possible.
  3. Three ranked corrections for the next build or next day's ratchet; mark each release-blocking or follow-up.
  4. Compare against the previous two drops and state whether the claimed quality delta is supported.
  5. State which claims could not be verified without direct visual/audio perception.

Do not rewrite the artifact or approve publication. Hermes performs the release decision and records whether recommendations are accepted.
