Daily Drop overnight intake — 2026-08-18

Deadline: 04:00 AM America/New_York for 2026-08-18

This parent binds the seven NightProwl quality lanes and Vincent preflight. Intake freezes at the stated deadline; delivery is separately gated for 07:00 AM America/New_York.

[OPERATOR DIRECTION: FORGE METRICS 2026-08-18]
Alexander's exact input: “My input for tomorrow’s drop, I want tangible metrics from our projects in the forge like repo details and commit info”

Required source: /root/daily-drop/directions/2026-08-18-forge-metrics.md and the reproducible packet under /root/daily-drop/drops/2026-08-18/evidence/FORGE-METRICS.{json,md}. Ground the audience piece in live repository details and commit evidence. Do not turn it into a dashboard or imply commit volume equals quality. Any visible metric must name its repository, preserve an as-of time in the archive, and be refreshed before final render.

This operator direction is a binding date-specific input for concept selection and final verification.
