Outcome

Make photo capture reliable on iOS Safari and Android Chrome.

Acceptance criteria

  • Camera and gallery paths are tested at 390x844 and one iPhone-class viewport.
  • Denied permission, cancelled chooser, corrupt image, and retake paths recover cleanly.
  • No image is sent before explicit analysis consent.

  • None

Required evidence

  • Test or executable receipt attached to the issue/PR
  • Privacy/safety boundary checked where applicable
  • Clean checkout and relevant full suite pass
