Outcome

Let users inspect, detach, and delete saved local photos independently.

Acceptance criteria

  • Photo presence is visible without exposing thumbnails by default.
  • Deleting a photo does not delete the confirmed log unless requested.
  • Delete-all removes ledger and photos and is regression tested.

  • None

Required evidence

  • Test or executable receipt attached to the issue/PR
  • Privacy/safety boundary checked where applicable
  • Clean checkout and relevant full suite pass

Open a focused branch and PR with Closes #ISSUE. Do not include real medical images in issue comments or Git history.
