  • run reproducible install, unit/security, real-browser mobile and photo-first acceptance, dependency audit, syntax, and changed-range diff hygiene in Gitea Actions
  • add test-first workflow and release-demo contracts
  • visibly identify the synthetic CI-replayed path in the release demo and assert the non-diagnostic warning in mobile acceptance
