Outcome

  • records the observable AI fields and prohibited medical/nonvisual inferences
  • fixes Hermes/Timmy release authority and the three explicit human gates
  • links PRODUCT.md, AI-EVIDENCE.md, and the sovereign vision report
  • updates the synthetic real-browser release demo with readable boundary and release-gate captions
