Outcome

Replace the button-heavy prototype shell with a warm, premium, intuitive mobile interface while preserving photo-first logging, manual fallback, safety, and privacy.

Acceptance criteria

  • Home has one dominant photo action and one quiet manual fallback
  • Primary navigation exposes at most three destinations
  • Secondary actions use progressive disclosure rather than button grids
  • Logging and safety flows remain reachable and tested
  • 390x844 and 405x720 have no clipping or horizontal overflow
  • Release demo visibly exercises the new interaction model

Required evidence

Focused UI tests, full suite, phone screenshots, contact sheet/video, and no console errors.
