+A zero-dependency CLI that reports host health in under 2 seconds.
+
+## Commands
+- `quickcheck` — full snapshot (disk, memory, uptime, load)
+- `quickcheck --json` — machine-readable output
+- `quickcheck --watch` — live monitor mode
+
+## Exit Codes
+- `0` healthy
+- `1` degraded
+- `2` critical
+
+## Non-Goals
+- No network calls
+- No config files
+- No package manager install required
+
+## Open Questions
+- Should `--watch` refresh every 1s or 2s?
+- Include process top-N by memory?
+
