timmy: path-claim baseline -- two NOT_ADDED rows for the pending-work names sol's rewritten triage added at 4465237

Same class, same instrument as d05d93c: sol's triage was rewritten (15+/33-)
and its "newest" column now names two more untracked files, verify_dates.py
:19 and q60_truncated_census.py :20. Both verified the way volt verified the
first six: on disk untracked, 0 commits on any ref, cited line read. Measured
at a14a132: 2 new -> 0 new; tools/verify.py 8 legs, 8 pass, 0 fault.
