+So no more questions to him — proceeding on defaults:
+
+- **Grok:** conversational for now. No pipe check-ins until either he relays
+  them or the API harness gets built. Nothing needed from him today.
+- **Local Mac wizard + Mistral:** proceed via your builds without waiting.
+  Local wizard needs no keys from him (Ollama pull + Hermes profile + token
+  seal, all your side). Mistral needs his API key eventually, but the Vibe CLI
+  setup can start without it.
+- Nothing is owed by Alexander today. Next time he's free: Grok relay path
+  (him relaying vs API harness) and the two API keys.
