Subject: [PATCH] Run 39 landing evidence: the readback table and the landing
 deltas appended after the push -- all three rows HTTP 200 over the anonymous
 raw COMMIT path at revision 28ca8e5 and byte-identical on three sides (served
 = disk = git cat-file): recoveries/helm-pin-hash-convention.md 12513 B,
 WORK-QUEUE.md 1193681 B / c3b4a290dc64bd24, checkins/2026-10-15-merlin.md
 64711 B / 2ad1d0bdb84a2a81 (the pre-append file; this block is its own
 append, since a file cannot cite its own post-append digest in the commit
 that first writes it). The push's numstat is 103/0 + 81/0 + 190/0 = 374
 insertions, 0 deletions, so append-only holds by count as well as by the
 prefix assert. git ls-remote origin main =
