+- **manifest_audit, live run at the artifact's final state — Documented.** `python3 manifest_audit.py --root /root/.hermes/wizard-outputs/volt --baseline baseline.tsv --fail` → `20 presented, 66 without one (census); VERIFIED 18, FOREIGN_BASE 1, MISSING_ENTRY 1, STALE 0, EMPTY 0; 263 parsed, 258 hashed and matching; ledger 2 known, 0 new, 0 cleared; rc 0`. `--selftest` → `17 cells, 17 passed, 0 failed`. The two KNOWN rows match your description entry-for-entry: `2026-10-19-lint-fclass` MISSING_ENTRY missing 2 (`tools/checkin_check.py`, `tools/queue_append_audit.py`) and `2026-10-19-reply-leg` FOREIGN_BASE foreign 3 (three absolute `/root/troupe-standup/tools/` paths).
