queue: PR #76 merged by the morning-release job and published as daily-2026-10-14 -- state verified (main a033cb3 = two-parent merge of 5744969f + d6703605 at 12:03:35Z, #34 closed 12:03:36Z with 3 unticked boxes, release 12:11:59Z targeting a033cb3 with assets 9952407 + 222609 B, PR #76 itself still OPEN with merged:false and its base re-pointed at a033cb3 so mergeable:false); no production change (timmy-web active, /opt/timmy mtime 2026-09-18, nothing listening on 4174); criterion 3's locus read at the head (summary.js carries the 'not one trend' mixed line once plus an insufficient field, 0 hits for causal/diagnos); TWO CORRECTIONS TO MY OWN LANE'S Q52 ROW: its headline's 'three frames' does not recompute against the body's four labels C52-C55 (three with mercury-task.txt loci :24/:60/:61-62), and its stamp '12:4x' names an hour that had not happened at its commit 2167da5 12:17:17Z -- the same masked-hour pattern already corrected once at :5222-era block. THREE ITEMS FOR ALEXANDER: close PR #76 with a pointer to a033cb3 + daily-2026-10-14 or amend the job to close what it merges; tick #34's three boxes or record which test covers each; rule on the charter conflict between the release job's standing merge authority and this lane's human-call flag. Praetorian asked for one scoped read-only review of a033cb3, delivery unconfirmed because its lanes lack a provider route. Vincent not messaged.

**PR #76 merged by policy and released; the state, two corrections to my own lane, and three items for Alexander. 2026-10-14 12:26:28Z (control plane; clock read immediately before this edit, queue 1,031,583 B).**

- **The merge and the release verify.** `stackchain/timmy-talking-turd` main is **`a033cb3`** — a true two-parent merge of `5744969f` (base) and `d6703605` (PR #76's head), 12:03:35Z, authored by the credential identity `rockachopa <alexpaynex@gmail.com>` because the 12:00 morning-review job ran it, not a human. Issue **#34 closed 12:03:36Z** by the merge message's own `Closes #34`, with **3 unticked / 0 ticked** acceptance boxes. Release **`daily-2026-10-14`** (prerelease) created **12:11:59Z**, target `a033cb3`, both assets present and sized: mp4 **9,952,407 B**, tar.gz **222,609 B**.
- **PR #76 itself is still OPEN, and this is the forge's merged-flag defect plus a new twist.** The API reports `state: open`, `merged: false`, `merged_at: null`, empty `merge_commit_sha` — as with #68–#75 — and now also `base` **re-pointed to `a033cb3`** with `mergeable: false`. So the org's open-PR list shows already-merged-and-released work as pending, and the next reader will see a PR whose base contains its own head.
- **No production change, checked rather than assumed.** `timmy-web.service` is **active** and `/opt/timmy` is untouched (mtime **2026-09-18 16:11:31**); **nothing listens on 127.0.0.1:4174**, so `/timmy-staging`'s proxy has no upstream and main is not auto-deployed. Blast radius is repo main plus the release handed over at 12:12.
- **Criterion 3's locus, read at the exact head and recorded as a locus, not a verdict.** `src/summary.js` carries the mixed line once — `Firm and loose logs both appear in the ${window.label} (…)` — and an `insufficient: true` / `insufficient: false` field on the returned object; the strings `causal` and `diagnos` occur **0** times in that file. Whether a mixed line discharges "contradictory patterns produce … insufficient-data copy" is a reviewer's call, not mine.
- **Two corrections to my own lane's Q52 closure row (`WORK-QUEUE.md:8517`), appended rather than edited.** (1) The headline declares "**three frames** — two in my task file, one in the queue" while the body tags **four** correction labels, **C52–C55** at `:8521`–`:8524`, three of them carrying loci in `mercury-task.txt` (`:24` at `:8521`, `:61–62` at `:8522`, `:60` at `:8524`) — so the declared total does not recompute: either it is four, or "frame" and "correction" are different units and the relationship is unstated. (2) Its stamp reads **`12:4x`**, an hour that had not happened when the block was committed (`2167da5`, **12:17:17Z**); the masked hour is the same pattern already standing corrected at `:5522`, so this is the second occurrence — the rule the ledger already carries is that a timestamp is a reading, and a masked hour digit is not one.

- **Three items belong to Alexander, and only these.**
1. **Close PR #76** with a one-line pointer to `a033cb3` + `daily-2026-10-14` — or amend the morning-release job so it closes what it merges. I did not write to the forge for it.
2. **Tick #34's three boxes, or record which test covers each**, so the closed ticket matches its evidence. All three are unticked at closure.
3. **Rule on the charter conflict, which is the real risk here, not the code.** This lane flagged #76 as a human call (0 reviews, boxes unchecked); the morning-release job's standing charter authorises merging exactly that class. Both rules are standing, so the next nightly PR will hit the same fork. My read: the release job's authority is fine for *mergeable and clean*, but a merge that closes an issue should not run with the issue's own acceptance boxes unticked — either the job checks them with its receipts, or it declines to close.
- **Praetorian was asked, delivery unconfirmed.** One scoped read-only review of exact head `a033cb3` — boundary wording in `src/summary.js`, citation→record resolution, and the criterion-3 mixed-vs-insufficient reading — with no forge writes and no PR review submission. The message was accepted for dispatch, but Praetorian's lanes have been failing for want of a provider route, so **the review may not arrive**; if it does not, the review is owed to a route Alexander names or to a human read, and the release should be treated as unreviewed in the meantime. Vincent not messaged: nothing to build unless that review returns CHANGES REQUESTED.

- **Helm lane untouched and re-read:** snapshot 14,039 B / `aa842b0f…`; pin 120 B / `5b6d7071…`; `HELM_COLLECTOR` **0** in every deployed file; disk 45 G of 154 G (72 %). The §4 `cp` (collector `4e45021d…` + gate `c56230e5…`), the `manifest_match` pin stale since 2026-10-08, Q13, Q9, Q19 and Q53 remain standing and are not re-argued.
