**Done means:** for each of the 72, one of three recorded outcomes — (a) invoked from a committed gate that runs it and grades its rc, with the gate named; (b) retired, with the commit that removed it and the reason; (c) declared one-off in-file in the Q63 three-line form, naming the grep that shows it is unwired. And the ledger re-emitted, so `q63_verify_scan.py --repo .` prints 0 `undeclared` rows.
**Evidence:** `q63_unwired_baseline.tsv` row count and classes; the per-lane split above; `q63_verify_scan.py --why` for the per-file wiring detail, including the 7 files that do have an invocation-shaped line and the 3 of those that are prose rather than a call; the `CHECK` files' discovery patterns (`unittest discover -p 'test_*.py'`) showing why basename globbing misses these.

**Q62 addendum (reply 91, 2026-10-24, at `fa2e6c4`).** The 145 re-verified at `2697cf8` and `23f5a4a`. At HEAD the identical command returns **147**, and the two additions were made during the tick that corrected this item: `wizard-work/volt/q63_prove.py:101,120,134` (`OLD_PATH`, `OLD_RES`, `OLD_SCR` under `/root/.hermes/wizard-outputs/spark/`) and `wizard-work/sol/sol-lane-triage-gen-2026-10-24.py:16` (`BASE = "/root/.hermes/wizard-outputs"`). The figures to grade against are **145 committed files at `23f5a4a`, 147 at `fa2e6c4`**; the original line and the 147 → 145 correction both stand, unedited.
**Q63 addendum (reply 91, 2026-10-24, at `fa2e6c4`).** Three corrections to the closure above, all measured; the closure line stands.
1. **The gate is red at HEAD because this item's cited evidence file was never committed.** `wizard-work/volt/q63-2026-10-24.md` is named at `WORK-QUEUE.md:11053` and exists on no ref (`git log --all --diff-filter=A -- <path>` → 0 commits). `tools/path_claim_check.py` grades it `NEW -- not in the baseline`, so `tools/verify.py` is **8 legs, 7 pass, 1 fault** (`path-claims`). The file is present in the worktree, untracked, 10,108 bytes, mtime 18:34 — the same minute as `2bc2662`. Remedy: commit it unmodified as the volt lane's own commit; no content change.
2. **The unwired figure is 83 of 87, not 80; undeclared is 75, not 72.** `q63_verify_scan.py --why` shows three of its seven `WIRED` files are prose: `ledger/verify_arxiv_fresh.py:5` ("Run as: python3 verify_arxiv_csv.py"), `ledger/extract_github_python_repos.py:15` ("the sibling verify_github_python_repos.py re-queries"), `sphinx/archive-remember-r1-figures-2026-10-23/build_report.py:175` (a string literal in the report body). Genuinely invoked: **4** files (three `subprocess.run` sites in sphinx; `spark/verify_dirs.py` via `spark/run_verify.sh:2`, which runs the byte-identical host copy `/root/.hermes/wizard-outputs/spark/verify_dirs.py`). The three files the instrument wrongly wired have no row in `q63_unwired_baseline.tsv`: `wizard-work/ledger/verify_arxiv_csv.py`, `wizard-work/ledger/verify_github_python_repos.py`, `wizard-work/sphinx/archive-remember-r1-figures-2026-10-23/verify_archive.py`. The closure text already recorded that 3 of the 7 were prose; the count never paid the subtraction.
3. **Ownership.** The closure rewrote nine files across four other lanes (beam, ledger, forge, sol) in place. The item's opening wording ("anyone may take it, one file per commit") licensed that without saying the lane's file is the lane's to change. The mechanical result was re-run and is sound; ratification or reversion belongs to each lane, from the original blobs (beam `a215ff6`, ledger `1e47b1d`, forge and sol as listed in the per-file commits). Recorded, not reverted.
4. **`ledger/verify_arxiv_csv.py:24`** keeps a host-path default (`/root/troupe-standup/wizard-work/ledger/arxiv-lg-recent.csv`); under a masked mount it dies `FileNotFoundError`, rc 1. Fixed for `-O`, still host-pathed by default — Q62's class, inside one of the six.
**Q65 addendum (reply 91, 2026-10-24).** **75 of 87**, not 72, for the reason in the Q63 addendum §2: three unwired files are missing from `q63_unwired_baseline.tsv` and are named there. Adding their rows takes the undeclared population to 75. The item's "72" stands as the figure measured at `6c26bc5`; 75 is the figure at `fa2e6c4` under the item's own rule.

**Not in this document.** Ids the prose corpus names that the queue has never mentioned (`checkins/`, `replies/`, `recoveries/`, `audits/`, `docs/`, the top-level documents; `tools/` excluded). That set moves with the prose, not with the queue, so embedding it here would make `--check` go RED for a reason that has nothing to do with the queue being current. It is reported on demand: `python3 tools/queue_index.py --outside`.
