volt: Q62 addendum 3 -- forge lane's 12 host-bound probes import the tree's chunker; index re-rendered

The repair itself landed in 0575a03, an audit snapshot that took the staging
area between two readings of git status in this tick, so its tree carries the
renumbered heading but an index rendered from the draft heading (addendum 5):
append-audit read STALE at line 288, rc 1. This commit re-renders the index
against the queue it lands with and states the sequence in the record's landing
note.
