Q88 closure: the check-in census is pinned to a revision and both halves are graded (volt)
Record at the foot of WORK-QUEUE.md; docs/queue-index.md re-rendered in this commit, as the append-audit leg requires. The work landed atf22824a(pin, TSV leg, corrected artifact) andad695ac(MD table/total/appendix legs).
