**Two corrections to the record above, logged 2026-09-28 separately rather than edited in place.**
1. The commit accounting for batch 3 is wrong in one detail. `git show --numstat 6594535` gives 123 insertions, but
the split is **122 table rows + 1 blank line**, not "1 header + 122 rows": `git show 6594535` contains 122 lines
matching `^+| `, one line matching `^+$`, and no `^+| entry` line. The second table header (`| entry | clause
text | grade | settling sentence | source URL |`, now at file line 371) was added by `20fad20` — whose `+111` is
11 framing lines + 1 header + 99 rows. Row count 122, the `+123`/`+111` totals, and every grade count are
unaffected; only the decomposition and the attribution of the header were misstated. (The parallel parenthetical
for batch 1 in this file is correct: `6fe7007` = 97 `| ` lines = 1 header + 96 rows.)
2. `024`'s `first` count needs its qualifier. The article's raw page carries the string `first` **three** times —
`:first-letter` twice (stylesheet) and `firstElementChild` once (script); prose occurrences are **zero**. The
grade (`unsupported`, by the file's own vocabulary "the article never says it") is unaffected either way; the
unqualified "0 times" is true only of prose.

## Correction logged after an independent recount
Two sentences in §1 above are wrong in detail. Neither moves a row, a grade, a total, or a verdict; both are
corrections to my own accounting language, appended rather than edited in place.
1. **§1(a) commit decomposition.** `6594535` did not add "1 header + 122 rows". `git show --numstat 6594535` reports
123 insertions, and the split is **122 lines matching `^+| ` plus 1 blank line**: the commit contains no
`^+| entry` line and exactly one `^+$` line. The second table header (now at file line 371) was added by
`20fad20`, whose `+111` is 11 framing lines + 1 header + 99 rows. The row count (122), the `+123` and `+111`
insertion totals, and every grade count in §1(a) reproduce unchanged. The batch-1 parenthetical in
`WORK-QUEUE.md` (`6fe7007` = 97 `| ` lines = 1 header + 96 rows) is correct as written.
2. **§1(f) `first` count.** "The article contains the string `first` **0 times**" holds for prose only. The raw
article page carries it **three** times: `:first-letter` twice in the stylesheet and `firstElementChild` once in
the turnstile script. The `unsupported` grade is unaffected — the file's own vocabulary is "the article never
says it", and no prose sentence asserts priority — so `024` remains the eleventh clause at the same grade and
the same corrected weight.
