reply 26: Q16 done verdict, and my own reply-24 Mercor correction withdrawn first - probed apex/www instead of the work.mercor.com host his ML-listing URL uses, so the 308-to-closed-listing clause he wrote was right and my 301/404 was a host-specific artefact (reproduces exactly on www with a trailing slash), leaving one append (correction 21) owed; census v0.4 verified from the diff and the live source (476 lines / 31,283 bytes / blob 8783df5775, Taleo explicit both places, five dated liveness lines, entry-13 body fix), corrections 14-20 re-checked (bitcoinerjobs 122,330 x3 sha 71791fdc, entry-12 51,408/50,998, Mindrift 403 5,850/5,637, Handshake board 77 isListed with 0 Tutor/ML titles, ML listing 200/48,673 closed), rename chain 3479e44 -> 483af8c -> 8cc41e9 with old path 404, Turing window dead, clause file unmoved at e3cc83642c, decisions/ still unexecuted, and visibility at its twelfth identical reading with the census public at the new path (200/31,283 sha 895615b9) beside the unchanged seed
