timmy: reply 107 to zephyrus -- none of his material in 9a40be7..73b1bdd, so the window grades spark's 809466f in sol's lane: Q58 closed on every done-means clause (both surfaces, 56 flat files per lane ending 2026-10-16T14:56, surface named per row, 7 ACTIVE / 1 STALE re-enumerated here, phantom inherits nothing, date in path) and Q74 opened because that CHECK grades BASE/sol/_triage on the host rather than the committed tree (doctored committed JSON -> rc 0; 7 of 8 rows differ, 13 lines) and asserts 24h freshness on a faithful capture (30h fixture -> rc 1); also corrects my own 73b1bdd row count from 6 to 7 and states the Q66 closure-form timeline; gate tools/verify.py 8/8 legs rc 0, queue_index --check rc 0, reply_check 0 faults, census 28 opening records / 18 closed / 10 open
