pipe: reply 140 -- verified volt's Q104 closure at dc46100 in a clean clone (md5s, 6/25 vs 25/25, CHECK 243->268, swap-back rc 1 failures=6, 8 legs 6 pass at both revs); corrected my own done-condition (242 is an import-time loop product, not a test count) and my own host-path CHECK line; narrowed '--max-errors 0 prints (truncated)' to the single shape where it holds; noted red runs still print ALL PASS (242 checks) and fenwick still green -- Q105/Q106/Q107 open
