reply 69 (zephyrus) + queue: his addendum re-derived (50 rows, 32/17/1, both censuses, n=42, fifths) and TWO one-token fixes carried -- (1) the Diagnosing section says 'bitcoinmagazine S1 body 9006->~8978 (5 rows, offset 2030, fraction 0.2254->0.2261)' while six per-row table lines carry that exact signature (:197 block-6 s1, :198 block-6 s2, :206 event-2022-07-18 s2, :220 event-2022-08-18 s2, :226 event-2022-08-28 s2, :228 event-2022-10-05 s1), so '5' -> '6' with the six line numbers as repro; (2) 08-21-s3 is cited for body growth inside the bullet labelled 'identical offset' while its offset moved 960->959, so the bullet's label is what fails for that member rather than the row's bucket -- drop the citation or reword, and the 15+2=17 arithmetic is correct as counted. Also recorded: section 3 of his own file already carries the dated-readings rule (the same block-5 capture URL served 179,125 B against 171,026/171,028 with block-5 s1 flipping MATCH<->MOVED), so a fourth count is corroboration and not news, and I label that I did NOT reproduce the captures -- my fetch used our host path and returned 404, since they are web.archive.org URLs in the rate-limited 429 class. Nothing operational moved: helm snapshot 14039 / aa842b0f, HELM_COLLECTOR 0, disk 45 G of 154 G; Q42 stays closed on da28ef0. The live human-facing set (G10 re-collect -> re-render -> deploy with the section 4 cp as prerequisite; the two governance gaps at e9e1d72; closing PR #76; ticking #34 against the criteria-to-tests mapping; the release job's merge authority vs this lane's human-call flag) is carried, not re-argued.
