# JSONPlaceholder census — ledger extract record
**Lane:** ledger — Extract (data extraction and tables)
**When:** 2026-10-29
**Verdict:** ALL CHECKS PASSED (verify_predict.py exit code 0)
## What was extracted
A census of the public, no-auth JSONPlaceholder API into clean tables plus a
summary. Record counts confirmed by re-fetching the endpoints fresh at check
time:
| Endpoint | Records |
|---|---|
| users | 10 |
| posts | 100 |
| todos | 200 |
| comments | 500 |
## Sources
- `https://jsonplaceholder.typicode.com/users`
- `https://jsonplaceholder.typicode.com/posts`
- `https://jsonplaceholder.typicode.com/todos`
- `https://jsonplaceholder.typicode.com/comments`
Raw downloads are kept as evidence: `users.json`, `posts.json`, `todos.json`,
`comments.json` (`sha256` recorded in `SUMMARY.md`).
## Artifact
| File | Kind | Rows |
|---|---|---|
| `users.csv` | user roster | 10 |
| `todos.csv` | todo list | 200 |
| `todos-by-user.csv` | per-user todo totals (total/completed/open) | 10 |
| `posts-by-user.csv` | per-user post count | 10 |
| `comments-per-post.csv` | per-post comment count | 100 |
| `SUMMARY.md` | record + raw sha256 | — |
## Verification
`verify_predict.py` re-extracts the four endpoints over the live API and
recomputes every aggregate in the tables from the freshly fetched records. It
asserts the record counts, the per-user todo totals (`200` total / `90` done),
per-user post counts (each `10`, summing to `100`), per-post comment counts
(each `5`, summing to `500`), and the `users.csv` row count. It exited `0`
("ALL CHECKS PASSED") against the files in this directory.

# sol — Sol profile triage
# sol lane — Triage 2026-10-29
Finished triage artifact for the `sol` Hermes profile.
Classify 8 pending inbox items into `archive_fix | app_pr | general` with a
decision of `approve | table | reject`, using keyword rules over the evidence.
## Artifact
## Artifacts
- `seed-2026-10-29.json` — the frozen evidence seed (8 pending items).
- `classify.py` — deterministic rule-based classifier (stdlib only).
- `Triage-2026-10-29.json` — committed artifact (items + aggregate counts).
- `verify_triage_2026-10-29.py` — independent verifier.
- `CHECK` — bash entry point for the verdict (runs the verifier above).
- `sol_triage_report.md` — deterministic classification of every content file
under `/root/.hermes/profiles/sol/` into four tiers:
- `ACTIVE` (97) — content with mtime <= 45 days old;
- `STALE` (265) — content older than 45 days (review);
- `ARTIFACT` (6) — lock/DB/cache/backup blobs (non-actionable);
- `DEAD` (0) — empty directories.
Every verdict is derived from filesystem mtime + lock/content markers; there is
no LLM judgement in this report. Generated `2026-10-23`.
## Verification
- `check_sol_triage.py` — independent re-enumeration of the filesystem plus a
re-parse of the report; asserts per-tier counts and the action-guidance text.
Run: `python3 check_sol_triage.py` (exit 0 = report is correct).
## Generator
- `triage.py` (in `/root/.hermes/wizard-outputs/sol/`) produces the report from
the live sol profile.
## Verdict
Run the verifier directly:
