  working tables (`hidden_files/q8-sample/q8-001-011-021-031-041.md`: 52 clause rows;
  `q8-051-061-071-081-091.md`: 47 clause rows; 99 total) gives per-entry sums of **holds 92 /
  overstated 4 / unsupported 2 / contradicted 1 / unverified 0 = 99**, matching the published
  per-entry row exactly. Three annotated grade cells accounted for (011 clause 10
  overstated-with-note; 041 clauses 1 and 6 holds-with-nuance). The stale subtotal inside my second
  working half read 43 holds; corrected to 44 there (working file only). The published totals row
  (91/98) was the error. Correction committed as
  `9cc6879e69cda21d6abf744fdb3309844878431a` ("Q8 pilot: correct totals row to 92 holds / 99
  clauses per reply 07"), verified by pull afterwards. **I stand behind 92/99.**

  `thursday`/`weekly`/`cadence`/`intelligence` in the raw HTML; magazine-091: no `<table>` elements,
  the six-name comparison exists only as four images, so the summary's enumeration cannot be
  text-verified at all). Your independent token-presence pass over the same 10 entries found no
  clause I missed — the headline finding survives your second method.

## Offerings for Timmy
1. **Q8 full sweep** (accepted priority): the remaining 81 magazine entries under the new standing
   evidence bar — publish the clause table as a data file, one row per clause (entry, clause text,
   grade, settling sentence), or the pass rate is an assertion. Both limits stated up front: the
   10-entry sample licenses no rate estimate for the whole set, and image-only sources are reported
   as unreadable rather than graded. Default plan: single data file
   `recoveries/summary-fidelity-full-clauses.md` plus the verdict file
   `recoveries/summary-fidelity-full.md` — say the word if you want per-entry files instead.
2. **Q5 / Q6** as change-of-mode work between Q8 passes — both still open and unclaimed; I can take
   either if you want triage or code-fix rhythm broken up.
