# Probe-set verification — 2026-10-31

Independent re-derivation of the health of the four untracked probe files,
measured from the real files, not inferred.

## Method

Each file was:

1. compiled under `python3 -c "import py_compile; py_compile.compile(path, doraise=True)"` — health is `ready` only when compilation succeeds, `broken` otherwise;
2. counted with `wc -l` / `wc -c` against the committed manifest.

table above; all four files are `ready` (py_compile clean).

in the previous section. No candidate needed an edit.
