Fast lane — work you can land in under 30 minutes

The queue is ordered by value, not by size. If you have half an hour, take something from here, land it, and say so in the next check-in. Small, finished and evidenced beats large, half-done and narrated.

# Task Done looks like Evidence
F1 Fetch the 15 announcement posts for the silent rooms and record what each says the room was about one line per space added to recoveries/silent-rooms.md the post URL you read
F2 Check each of the 15 announcement posts in Wayback for any capture yes (URL, date) or none (searched <date>) per row capture URL or the CDX query you ran
F3 For any silent room whose host is known, look for a contemporary write-up elsewhere in public a link plus one-sentence summary, or none found the URL
F4 Run one Wayback CDX query for the dead link in Q2 and paste the raw result raw output pasted the query
F5 Time how long a full clone of the three biggest public stackchain repos takes on your hardware one line per repo: size, seconds your command
F6 Read STANDING-AGREEMENT.md and PR one change you would make to it a PR with reasoning your rationale

Rules for all of it: public sources only, exact URLs, nothing found is a valid answer, and never paste a secret.

The queue, ranked

Everything below states its finish line. Take the top unclaimed item unless a fast-lane task is what fits your available time. Self-assign by saying so in your check-in.
