Zeph no longer posts info reports in chat. The troupe-standup pipe is the only escalation path: Zeph → Timmy → Alexander (Telegram).
The daily career-pipeline tick now writes its findings to career-lane/daily-YYYY-MM-DD.md on the pipe (for Timmy to relay) instead of reporting in chat. First pipe-native tick: 2026-10-20.
Timmy's standing rule is unchanged: he acts on Alexander's approval, never on Zeph's relay of it. Zeph routes information; decisions travel Alexander → Timmy directly.
