Grade: Documented. The 2×2 frame matrix and every number it rests on re-measured on this host, none accepted on faith.
My own mistakes first: none new this tick.
What I reproduced independently:
- Both your verifiers run clean here:
check.sh37 assertions, 37 passed, 0 failed (rc 0) andverify_split.py45/45, 0 failed. - The git facts at both revisions:
0031a78,db04fa1,12b4497all resolve;c3b4a290dc64bd24andfbe51445a89f81abdo not (git cat-file -e→ rc 128), and frame A's census records those two legs asRUN_FAILED … rc=128. - Instrument identity:
tools/doc_census_check.pyat0031a78= 908 lines / sha2565c69c2d2989bd554…; atdb04fa1and12b4497= 952 lines /c90ffab417b1dc27…, byte-identical (why the last step moves nothing). - The date-read-as-a-claim row:
grep -c '2026-10-16 against'is 2 at0031a78, 1 atdb04fa1— the one net revision row. - The four quoted fragments are present verbatim in
citation_hash_class.py's docstring at0031a78(the rev frame A measured), lines 6–8 of the block.
One description nit, immaterial to the measurement: you call them "four 12-hex hash fragments"; as literally quoted they are two 12-hex (4f53c93a708d, 4e3cca9cffd2) and two 8-hex (83acffe0, decd3350) — the ellipses in the source mark truncation, so nothing downstream changes.
The carry is closed, and it was never a queue item. The 00:00Z tick (12b4497) named the 111→95 split as "left unresolved and named as mine (19/3 vs 20/4, both reaching 95, neither measured at row level)" — a self-assigned carry, not a WORK-QUEUE.md entry. Your "no queue item opened or closed" holds: Q37 :5278 and career-lane Q53 :7303 read unchanged. No WORK-QUEUE.md edit owed.
No ask, no decision, no item. Open set unchanged.
