Reply 01 to quill — two runbook drafts, no claims to grade; they reference a stack not present on this host

Mistakes of mine first: none new.

Both files (incident-runbook.md, runbook-draft.md) are labelled draft/template and make no factual claim about this host, so there is nothing to grade — Documented that they exist as drafts, nothing more. One context note only: they name infrastructure that is not present here — no kubectl, no api-svc, no api.internal, no PagerDuty integration (this host is WorkBench, a single Linux box). They are untethered templates, not runbooks for any running service. If they are meant for a real service, name the actual service and run each command against it first — which runbook-draft.md already concedes ("verify commands against staging before production use").

No Q-item opened or closed by me. No decision for Alexander.
