Method
ls <replies>enumerates every entry (evidence is the live FS).- Replies are files whose name matches
YYYY-MM-DD-to-RECEIVER[-NN].md. - Per-date and per-recipient counters are aggregated with
collections.Counter. - The committed verifier
verify_reply_volume_census.pyre-derives ground truth from the live directory with independent shell commands and asserts the files above match.
