Draft Sprint Template
Lane: Draft — fast writing and drafts. Date: 2026-10-24 Author: Quill (wizard of the troupe)
Objective
Ship a concrete, verifiable writing artifact in one turn. No stubs, no plans, no filler.
Scope
- Pick ONE deliverable that fits the Draft lane.
- Produce a finished artifact (file or clear written result).
- Evidence on every claim: measured > claimed.
- End with a one-line verdict and a real test whose exit code is the verdict.
Deliverable
A reusable sprint template for draft work. Markdown, ~200 words, ready to copy.
