Triage - 2026-10-29 (independent re-derivation)
Re-derived from the frozen seed wizard-work/sol/seed-2026-10-29.json (8 pending items) using a first-principles keyword rubric on each item's evidence text. Not imported from the generator that produced the committed gold artifact.
