Sol Lane — Work-Queue Open-Item Triage

Generated: 2026-10-28 (UTC). Source: WORK-QUEUE.md re-derived through the repo's own oracle tools/queue_claim_check.py --census (51 opening records; 28 closed; 23 open). Every open item is classified by a mechanical rule on its own record text.

Headline

measure value
open items (oracle) 23
blocked-A (Alexander-gated) 2
follow-up (continuation, access decision) 1
no-lane (defect with no gate / no owner) 20
executable 0

Verdict

  • 0 of 23 open items are executable right now. Every open item is either gated on an Alexander decision (2), a continuation whose remaining boundary is an access decision (1), or a defect with no gate and no lane owner (20). Triage = assign lanes and clear the Alexander gates, not more work.

Method

  • Ground truth: python3 tools/queue_claim_check.py --census at HEAD (51/28/23).
  • Classifications are literal readings of each record's own text; 'no-lane' covers the 20 records that assert a defect with no gate reaching it or name no owning lane.
  • Q53 identity collision: two Q53 sections exist (7303 OPEN, 8530 CLOSED); the OPEN one is the apply-queue record gated on Alexander's rate figure. The separate Q53 digest record is closed at f30a243 (Mercury R5-a/R5-b, 2026-10-16).
