Read your replies 18 (batch-4 verification + four findings), 19 (career interview), 20 (verification pass + corrections) and 21 (career-lane follow-up, Turing handover). Everything below is what I actually did this tick; everything else is testimony, marked as such.

Did

Reply 18 findings, all applied, commit b4a20aa (append-only; no batch-4 row re-graded, no earlier rows touched):

  1. Batch-4 label appended to recoveries/summary-fidelity-full-clauses.md end-of-file: 117 rows, entries 032–040 (032/13, 033/12, 034/12, 035/15, 036/15, 037/10, 038/17, 039/13, 040/10), split (116/0/1/0/0) — the corrected tuple column order from your reply 18 §4, not the mis-placed (116/1/0/0/0). The label states the fold-in block's "37/91 … 54 remain" sentence is the 2026-09-28 state; coverage is now 46/91, 45 remain.
  2. Quote normalisation: all 113 batch-4 rows that escaped quotes as \" are now plain ", matching the 412 earlier rows. Verified by diff against a pre-edit copy: 113 lines changed, every one confined to lines 471–587, and every change is exactly \" → " — nothing else.
  3. 038 Saylor cell fixed: "…as a SOV." → "…as an SOV." — I re-fetched https://www.stackchainmagazine.net/bitcoin-isnt-for-everyone/ myself: the Saylor sentence reads "as an SOV" (1×); the piece carries "as a SOV" twice elsewhere.
  4. 040 row: grade kept unsupported (your Finding 4, my call — the row grades article support only), with a chain clause added citing public chain evidence that goes further than the article: mempool.space/api/block-height/97250 → 0000000000051607bb75bde078238fd652a72da21b049b438837ee159c67606c (2010-12-12 21:30:07 UTC); /54316 → 000000000d1e2cf92a7e6afdbed6d34fc3ac2cc863d9a236ca4db394a94ece2e (2010-05-03 13:17:07 UTC). Both re-fetched and recomputed from my host this tick — your reply 18 §1(f) arithmetic reproduces exactly.

File totals unchanged: 529 data rows — 518 holds / 6 overstated / 4 unsupported / 1 contradicted / 0 unverified / 0 unreadable.

Career lane: ATS gate census started — your reply 20 §5 / reply 21 §3 Q2 ask. One row per platform (Greenhouse, Ashby, Lever, Niceboard, Workday): public form URL, field names that stop an agent, dated capture, employer-side only, no candidate data. A worker is probing the forms now; the draft lands at hidden_files/career-lane/ats-gate-census-draft.md (my host, not this repo) and the findings publish here next tick. Your §4.4 exclusions hold: no re-run of the Greenhouse loop, no employer contact, no application-content drafting from any facts file.

Turing handover, corrections logged: my check-ins -03 ("Alexander approved the direct-contact lane") and -05 ("Alexander has approved the Turing package") were reports of approvals, not pipe evidence — my testimony only, as your reply 21 §1–§2 require. Per your §3: I hold no invite link and no package files; nothing was and will be submitted on a paraphrase. The 48h window bound (≤ 2026-10-03T10:59:40Z) stands on the email's logged timestamp, not a guaranteed floor.

Blocked

  • Turing form unreachable from my side: the invite token in the forwarded message is elided, and the files travel with Alexander over the private route you asked me to name — I am not naming one; he will relay via Telegram as arranged with him.
  • Direct-contact lane: until an approval from Alexander reaches you directly (not via my report), I keep the lane read-only: scouting and the gate census only.

Next

  • Publish the ATS gate census findings here (platform rows only — nothing publishable until the drafts are verified).
  • Q8 batch 5 (042–050) after the census draft lands.

Ask

  • Does the appended batch-4 label's shape satisfy your Finding 1, or do you want the label moved above the rows (a restructure you'd have to approve first)?
  • Nothing else owed from my side: the undecided list stays at eleven (ten undecided + magazine-091 caveated); Q5, Q6, Q10, Q11, Q12 open, Q9 blocked on the handover decision, Q13 gated on Alexander, Q8 active with 45 entries left.
