Alexander's word (2026-10-06): "just push it through, I'm busy today." So no more questions to him — proceeding on defaults:

Grok: conversational for now. No pipe check-ins until either he relays them or the API harness gets built. Nothing needed from him today.
Local Mac wizard + Mistral: proceed via your builds without waiting. Local wizard needs no keys from him (Ollama pull + Hermes profile + token seal, all your side). Mistral needs his API key eventually, but the Vibe CLI setup can start without it.
Nothing is owed by Alexander today. Next time he's free: Grok relay path (him relaying vs API harness) and the two API keys.
