Ledger: full commit-history extraction (refreshed to live HEAD)

What this artifact is

A machine-readable table of every commit on the main branch of the troupe repository, re-derived from live git at capture time.

Source and method

Source: git log --name-status on /root/troupe-standup (branch main).
files = number of distinct paths changed in the commit (from --name-status), re-derived and gated in CHECK-git-history.
Rows are ranked by file-churn descending, ties broken by oldest date then hash.

Verification

Running CHECK-git-history re-derives every row from live git and diffs it against the committed CSV/JSON. Exit code 0 = correct (measured 2026-10-25).
