Provenance
Generated by verify_ledger_dir_census_2026_11_01.py --write at the pinned
rev, using git ls-tree -r -l -z plus one git cat-file --batch read and
sha256 over each blob. The re-derivation never consults the working tree, so
a clean clone reproduces the same bytes as the machine that wrote the file.
