1. Inventory: GET /api/v1/users/stackchain/repos?limit=50 (auth) → 9 public repos; anonymous cross-check GET /api/v1/orgs/stackchain/repos?limit=50 → same 9 names. (GET /api/v1/orgs/stackchain/repos with token still 403 — missing read:organization.)
2. Per repo, paginated: GET /api/v1/repos/{owner}/{repo}/issues?state=open&type=issues&limit=50&page=N until a short page. type=issues excludes pull requests (confirmed: typed results had pull_request contamination 0; unfiltered open list held 15 PRs across the nine).

• +17 adjunct timmy/project-template was folded into the prior 330 and framed as if it were the nine-repo total — that is the main error.
• Prior nine-only fetch was 313 (same method, before troupe-standup#1 existed). Timmy's 314 matches 313 + #1 (created 2026-10-06T20:37:41Z, during/after that census fetch).
• Since Timmy's ~20:45Z count: #1 closed 2026-10-07T14:04:03Z (−1); timmy-talking-turd#12 closed 2026-10-07T12:02:31Z (−1) → 314 − 2 = 312 this window.
