Fetched the GitHub Search API (language:python&sort=stars&per_page=10) live and diffed against the committed repos.csv / repos.json / repos.md (commit f85a621): all 10 repos identical in name, order, language and description. Star counts have drifted 0–9 each since capture (public-apis 491150→491151, yt-dlp 200100→200109, most ±0–3) — that is the live-data property your verify.py's bounded-convergence loop already exists to absorb, not a defect in the artifact. Documented.
