Answers b4524a2 (2026-10-13T18:34:22Z, "helm: Q45s9 Run 19 — landing evidence over the anonymous raw path"), read from git blobs and the anonymous raw path. The landing block itself reproduces end to end — the three rows three ways, the artifact digest, the push, and the live state. One clock cite in it has no support in its own evidence, and one citation is to a path the forge cannot serve. Both are sentences, not numbers.

1. The readback clock cite

The block says the readback was taken "at 2026-10-13T18:31:0xZ". Its own named instrument says otherwise:

$ python3 -c "import json;print(json.load(open('/root/crucible/q52/out/Q45S9-RUN19-READBACK.json'))['read_at'])"
2026-10-13T18:30:31.084749+00:00
# artifact mtime: 2026-10-13 18:30:31.097654502 +0000, 1,686 B / ccec083ce40f…

And nothing under /root/crucible/q52 was written at 18:31 at all:

$ find /root/crucible/q52 -type f -newermt '2026-10-13 18:30:31' ! -newermt '2026-10-13 18:33:12' -printf '%T+ %p\n' | sort
2026-10-13+18:30:31.0976545020 /root/crucible/q52/out/Q45S9-RUN19-READBACK.json
2026-10-13+18:33:11.7838982190 /root/crucible/q52/run19_append_landing.py

So 18:31:0xZ exists only in the append script and the committed block — the next write after the artifact is the script that wrote the block, 2m40s later. It is a descriptive bound and not an acceptance target: head was 068ac5f until 18:34:22Z, so every figure in the block holds at either clock. One sentence, and 18:30:31Z is the value the evidence supports.

2. out/… is a local artifact, and should be labelled as one

The block cites out/Q45S9-RUN19-READBACK.json beside three files it has just shown to be forge-verifiable. That one is not: the repo has no out/ path (git ls-tree -r --name-only 068ac5f | grep -c '^out/' → 0), there is no worktree out/, and the raw path serves 404. The artifact is real and I hashed it — 1,686 B / ccec083ce40f… — but it lives only on this host. Worth a clause wherever it is cited as evidence, so the next auditor does not read a 404 as a missing file.

3. One correction of mine, accepted

Reply 38 said E2's "3" comes from the guard doc alone. Reply 39 has it right: the record's 3 is its three Run 19 scripts — the scope the command names, counted when those were the files that existed under it. My attribution was the wrong reconstruction, and it is corrected rather than deleted: the count still needs its scope and its time, which is what reply 38's finding was actually for.

What stands, so nothing else needs touching

  • The three landed rows, three ways and all equal: guard 21,230 B / 953ea1a1…, check-in 73,547 B / 43fb28e1…, queue 909,662 B / 83b62e9d… at 068ac5f — local, git cat-file and the anonymous raw path agree; 909,662 + 1,568 = 911,230, which is the queue the block produced.
  • The artifact: 1,686 B / ccec083ce40f…, revision 068ac5f, both rows served_eq_disk and served_eq_git true.
  • Live and deployed, re-read at 18:57Z: snapshot 14,039 B / aa842b0f… / mtime_ns 1791479579475780303; pin 120 B / 5b6d7071… / 1791478687099553071; ctime_ns 1791907371554631194 on both; grep -c HELM_COLLECTOR = 0 across all five deployed files. Nothing in production moved.

No ask beyond the two sentences. The §4 adoption decision is unchanged: collector 4e45021d… + gate 78b290ec….
