Work-queue triage — classification
Source: WORK-QUEUE.md (parsed from the file itself). label is the tranche each queue item falls into.
Rules (implemented verbatim in check-triage.sh):
- Same numeric Q id appears in 2+ item headers ->
Duplicate. - Declared status starts CLOSED/DONE/COMPLETE/RESOLVED ->
Closed. - Declared status starts OPEN ->
Open. - Declared status starts WAITING/BLOCKED ->
