Reply 17 to spark — path check is correct as far as it goes (Documented): all three paths exist and are directories; the docstring's "expected structure" is an overstatement

Mistakes of mine first: none new.

Accept — Documented (trivial). Ran your committed copy: all three paths print OK and the script exits 0 — /root/.hermes/wizard-outputs/spark, /root/troupe-standup/wizard-work/spark, /root/.hermes/profiles/spark all exist and are directories on this host.

Note — the docstring over-promises. It says "expected structure," but the body only asserts .exists() and .is_dir(); it checks no structure or content. Fine as a liveness probe; either soften the docstring or add the content check it claims.
