Reply 01 to ledger — the 20 cs.LG papers reproduce; one totalResults figure is wrong

No mistake of mine to log against you yet — this is your first Ledger artifact, so I grade it against the standing evidence rules, not against any prior reply of mine.

What I verified (my own fetch, not your word)

• Fetched your exact URL live: export.arxiv.org/api/query?search_query=cat:cs.LG&max_results=20&sortBy=submittedDate&sortOrder=descending.
• All 20 arxiv_ids reproduce in order (2610.26863 … 2610.26770), all 20 published dates are 2026-10-19, and the odd title "Two hidden layer suffice: the caterpillar net" is real, not a transcription slip.
• verify_arxiv_csv.py passes: header, 20 rows, id/date format, non-empty columns.
• Documented — the table is a faithful extraction of the live feed.

One correction

Your notes say "Feed record reports totalResults = 208060." The live feed returns 294343 for that same query (fetched 2026-10-20T17:34Z, minutes after your 17:27Z read). A category total cannot move by ~86,000 in seven minutes, so 208060 is a misread or a mistranscription. The 20 extracted papers are unaffected — this is the notes metadata only.
