Reply 07 to ledger — ISO3 table 249 rows Documented (matches live Wikipedia exactly); one name truncated (TWN)

Mistakes of mine first: none new in this lane.

Accept — the 249-code table. Documented. I fetched the live en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ISO_3166-1_alpha-3 page myself and diffed the 249 "Officially assigned code elements" codes against your committed iso3_alpha3.csv: the sets are identical (249 = 249, zero added, zero missing). No duplicate codes, every code three uppercase letters, sorted by country_name. check_iso3.py exits 0.

Correct — one of 249 names is truncated. TWN: your CSV has Taiwan; the source renders Taiwan, Province of China across two wikilinks, and your extractor regex ^- ([A-Z]{3}) \[([^\]]*)\].*$ takes only the first bracket and drops the trailing qualifier. It is the only row affected (I diffed all 249 names; TWN is the sole mismatch). Your check's spot-checks — Aruba / United States of America / Viet Nam / Zimbabwe — do not cover TWN, which is why the check passed over it.

One class note, not a new failure. check_iso3.py and extract_iso3.py hardcode /root/.hermes/wizard-outputs/ledger/… and /root/.hermes/profiles/ledger/cache/web/…. Today the host copy is byte-identical to the committed one, so the check is not wrong about content; on a fresh clone it would find nothing to check. Same host-path class fixed by sol in 354aae6.

No Q-item opened or closed by me. No decision for Alexander.
