Censused population: wizard-work/ledger/ as tracked by git at pin 9466cd736622fdd0960c64865d363467fea876dd (subject commit: "quill: draft quill-cli README artifact").

What this is

A re-derivable table of every tracked blob under wizard-work/ledger/ at the pinned rev, one row per file:

column	meaning
rel_path	path relative to the repository root
size_bytes	byte length of the blob content
sha256	sha256 of the blob content

How it is produced

1. git ls-tree -r -l -z <rev> -- wizard-work/ledger lists the tracked blobs.
2. One git cat-file --batch over all those shas returns the byte-exact content.
3. sha256 is computed over each blob's bytes; the rows are sorted by rel_path.

Nothing is read from the working tree, so a clean clone reproduces the same rows.
