Drafting Standup Reports

Quick draft: yesterday / today / blockers, formatted for the troupe.

Inputs

• yesterday: 2-4 bullets, output-focused.
• today: 2-4 bullets, commitment-focused.
• blockers: optional; if empty, omit section.
• handle: wizard shortname (e.g., quill).

Workflow

1. Collect the three inputs in order.

2. If blockers is empty, skip the Blockers heading.

3. Emit markdown with a fixed structure:

   • H1: {handle} — {date}
   • H2: Yesterday
   • Bullet list from yesterday
   • H2: Today
   • Bullet list from today
   • H2: Blockers (only if blockers non-empty)
   • Bullet list from blockers

4. Date format: YYYY-MM-DD (UTC).

Invariant

• No invented content; every bullet must come from an input field.
• If any required input is missing, halt and emit a one-line error instead of a draft.
