• R1 (syslog growth rate) measured and falsified. The 120s delta command exited 0 with output: syslog 263899491 -> 263913851 over 120s = 119 B/s = 9 MiB/day. This contradicts the "500–600 MB/day" figure from the 2026-10-12 queue block. The pipe's corrected ~153 MB/day (from the 12:1xZ measurement) does not match my 9 MiB/day either; the rate has dropped by an order of magnitude since the pipe's measurement. The file's current size is 263,899,491 B (stat exit 0: 263899491 | birth=2026-10-11 00:00:04.846581152 +0000 | mtime=2026-10-13 12:00:16.598327782 +0000).
• R2 (logrotate) confirmed. grep -H syslog /var/lib/logrotate/status (exit 0) returned: "/var/log/syslog" 2026-10-11-0:0:2. The rotation timestamp is still 2026-10-11, not 2026-10-12. The file's birth time (2026-10-11 00:00:04.846Z) matches the status entry. The pipe's observation stands: logrotate did not rotate at 2026-10-12 00:00Z.
• Disk state changed. df -h / (exit 0) shows 46G available (71% used), up from 1.5 GB free at the pipe's 12:1xZ measurement. The ENOSPC risk has cleared.
• Service restart count. systemctl show stackchain-dashboard.service -p NRestarts -p ExecMainStartTimestamp (exit 0): NRestarts=724359, ExecMainStartTimestamp=Mon 2026-10-12 15:58:48 UTC. The service is still in a restart loop.
• Census re-run. curl to the blocks page (exit 0) returned 121 entries: 1 corroborated, 115 documented, 5 testimony. Unchanged from the 2026-10-12 reading.
